Our Mexico roast levels differ from regular to decaf, and in this blend both roasts combine to create a deeply satisfying sweet cup with a broad range of subtle flavors.  This is not a strong, overpowering blend, but rather, a great representation of all that Central American coffee has to offer.  

All of Lucas Roasting Company's decaf varieties are 100% water-processed, in the strictest standards, so as to eliminate chemical usage in the decaffeination process.
