L.A.S Jewelry Design offers the following Returns Policy:

TRANSACTIONS We accept paypal, money orders, visa and mastercard. We ask for a drivers license and phone number with address information to verify credit card transactions. For mail orders we accept credit cards and money orders. All information is kept confidential.

RETURNS Due to the nature of the materials we do not provide returns . We are more than happy to exchange product when contacted 14 days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible or liable for broken or damaged product due to shipping. We will exchange or alter product to suit the clients needs. There are extra charges for labour and materials for customization or repairs through no fault of are own. Please email us for a quote. sales@lasdesigns.com We are happy to repair product if it is a defect in workmanship.

EXCHANGES Contact us 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange peices. Earrings, peircings and body chains are non exchangeable or refundable.

RESTOCKING FEE There is a 10% restocking fee for wholesale orders. SHIPPING We offer express and regular postal rates for shipping. Please ask us for a quote regarding shipping costs and timelines. Based on size and weight peices may vary. We promise to provide you with the most afforadable rates available. Shipping for repairs and exchanges to L.A.S designs is the clients responsiblity.
