Store Policies
Return Policy: In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will refund the money for your item once it is returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact us prior to returning your purchase. If you receive any glass damaged or broken, contact us and we will get a replacement shipped out as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy: Each item is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Shipping carriers include: UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Most items ship via ground shipping (3-5 days.) Currently, we only ship to the continental United States and occasionally make exceptions for Canada. If you are located internationally and would like a shipping quote, please contact us.
Inventory Policy: Most items in our store are in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse. In rare instances an item may be on back order. We will notify you promptly. Some items may be on back order for 4-6 weeks. If you would like to inquire about the inventory of an item, please contact us, we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
