Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order. Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 7 percent on all products except yarn. Residents of Pennsylvania’s Allegheny and Philadelphia Counties will be charged an additional sales tax of 1 percent on all products except yarn.

Colors
Every effort is made to present yarn colors accurately. Because yarn is dyed in lots and because computer monitors render color differently, variations may occur.

We want you to enjoy your yarn. If you are not satisfied, please return the yarn to us, as described in the Return Policy below.

Return Policy
Yarn may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused in its original condition and with the original receipt. Please contact us at stacey@knitone.biz. Credit for the cost of the yarn will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Patterns, books, needles, accessories, and Sale items may not be returned.
