30 DAY RETURN POLICY:

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the products and services that we have to offer at www.saint-statues.com. This is why we offer you a FULL 30 Day Return Policy. Simply follow the return guidelines as described below:

NEW & UN-OPENED ITEMS

-Effective on all orders placed on Dec. 31, 2006, All products that are unopened and unused may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund as merchandise credit minus the original shipping cost.

-New & Unopened Items Described: The Product must be completely unused. If a Manufacturer Box was shipped with it. It needs to be unopend!

**RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ORIGINAL BOX**

DAMAGED & FAULTY PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that you receive products that are damaged or Faulty, they may products may be returned at anytime within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund as merchandise credit. Some products, although very rare do have manufacturer faults. In this case we will gladly switch out the product.

GENERAL TERMS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-www.saint-statues.com will inspect the products upon receipt & if any item is found to be significantly not as described or damaged by the buyer, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.

-Upon receipt all products are carefully inspected so that we can insure it has not been physically or damaged in any way. If in any way www.saint-statues.com feels such has occurred the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

-For your security, please return the package to us with a "signature confirmation" by an insured courier and retain your receipt/tracking information. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit or in house.

-All shipping, handling, insurance and all other fees are non-refundable. www.saint-statues.com will not be responsible for shipping costs of a return. (Unless the product falls under the "DAMAGED & FAULTY PRODUCTS" section)

-Please contact us prior to returning the products for instructions and a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. www.saint-statues.com must receive the product(s) authorized for return within 30 business days of the RMA being issued. The product(s) must be double boxed and the RMA # must be clearly printed on the shipping box.

Please do not use the product box for shipping. We will refuse delivery upon arrival.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

www.saint-statues.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.saint-statues.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors

www.saint-statues.com shall not be responsible for any typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any existing invoice if the price on it is incorrect.

TERM; TERMINATION

Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Sache ausschlißlich auf deren Prüfung- wie sie ihnen etwa in einem Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre- zurückzuführen ist. Im Übrigen können Sie die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Sache nicht wie ihr Eigentum in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt. Paketversandfähige Sacgen sind auf unsere Kosten und Gefahr zurückzusenden. Nicht Paketversandfähige Sachen werden bei ihnen abgeholt. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen Sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Absendung ihrer Widerrufserklärung erfüllen.

Rückgaberecht:

Nur bei nicht paketversandfähiger Ware (z. B. bei sperrigen Gütern) können Sie die Rückgabe auch durch Rücknahmeverlangen in Textform, also z. B. per Brief, Fax oder E-Mail erklären. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Ware oder des Rücknahmeverlangens. In jedem Falle erfolgt die Rücksendung auf unsere Kosten und Gefahr.
