Wholesale Information

We are more than happy to offer significant discounts to wholesale buyers. Though the focus of our business to this point has been the retail store in San Antonio we have had many requests for large quantities of some of our items. We are more than happy to do everything possible to provide the same high quality folk art to retailers in other parts of the U.S. or, for that matter, anywhere in the world. We travel to many remote areas and have been working with a variety of artisans since 1992. Developing these contacts has been quite an effort and we are happy to help you benefit from our travels to these remote and sometimes difficult to reach areas.

Due to the fact that orders quite often require the artisans to custom make specific pieces or larger quantities than usual of these pieces, delays in shipping are common. We are in the process of building an inventory large enough so that we may ship this art out quickly thereby avoiding these delays. In the meantime we ask your patience and will do everything possible to process your order promptly.

In order to provide wholesale pricing we require a minimum initial order amount of $500.00 (USD). The minimum re-order amount is $200.00 (USD). Wholesale quantities usually require from 2-5 weeks from the time of order to the time of shipment though, as stated above, this time can vary. All orders are shipped from San Antonio, Texas unless we advise otherwise. In some instances we have merchandise available at other locations and will ship from these locations in order to save shipping expense for our customers. For instance, customers in Mexico may have their order shipped from within Mexico. All prices are less shipping cost. We can advise an approximate shipping cost at the time of order placement but the final cost will be determined after packaging for shipment has been completed. In most cases we recommend shipping either FedEx ground or UPS ground. Smaller and not extremely fragile items can be shipped USPS priority mail though FedEx or UPS may be more economical when shipping larger quantities.
