A: Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase. We ship via Fed-Ex, UPS, or DHL. If you have any preference or speacial shipping requirements, please feel free to contact us. 

Q: When will my order be processed and shipped?
A: We will process and ship your order within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday).

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
