Production Time:

Please allow up to one week for production time.  Most orders will actually be sent out within 2 days, however this can vary depending on the complexity of crafting the item, as well as influx of business.  All items are made to order, so keep in mind we're not just grabbing and packing, we're putting serious love, care and time into each and every item.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail (insurance is available for orders being sent within the US upon special request). We ship internationally, everywhere in the world.  The shipping charge covers the cost of postage and handling. 

Shipping time within the US is 3-7 business days. For Canada and international, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.  It does not usually take that long, but sometimes things get held up at customs.

Shipping rates are a flat fee based on the quantity of your shopping cart as follows:

USA shipping rates:

$0.00 - $25.00 = $2.50

$25.00 - $50.00 = $3.50

$50.00 - $100.00 = $4.50

Canada + International shipping rates:

$0.00 - $25.00 = $3.50

$25.00 - $50.00 = $4.50

$50.00 - $100.00 = $5.50

Store Policy:

  • Sorry but we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.  For those in the US if you wish to purchase postal insurance for an additional cost (approx. 1.75), please contact us in advance to placing your order so that we may make special arrangements.   Postal insurance is not available for orders outside the US (with the exception of wholesale orders).  We can provide a tracking number and a copy of delivery confirmations for all our US orders upon request.
  • If you receive your item and it has been damaged in any way, please contact us immediately so you send it back and we will happily replace any parts that may have been damaged in transit.
  • All wholesale orders are final and any unsold merchandise can not be exchanged for new merchandise unless there is a specific consignment contract in place.
