Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
- Q: I am a local customer and/or Game Club cardholder, can I buy from the online store?
- A: Yes, but it isn't your best option. The online store cannot factor in your store discount, and you will have to pay shipping. You are welcome to use the product catalog to see what is available but you will need to make your purchase in the store to get any discounts you might be eligible for. Please note that orders made online cannot be adjusted after they are made.
