Hasani offers the following Returns Policy:

Costumes that didn't fit may be returned within 3 business days of delivery, determined by USPS Delivery Confirmation. Please notify me of your intent to return a costume first at scimitar@hasani.net.

Costume must be in original, new condition with tags still attached, and a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable on costumes returned for non-fit.

Other returns require pre-approval and are only offered in the event of a really big boo-boo on my part, and shipping will be cheerfully refunded if the error was mine.
