Return Policy

For accuracy, all returns must be pre-approved and made within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept any items for return if they have been opened and/or used. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you received was defective or not what you ordered.

Return Process

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original invoice date. Giggle Baby Organic Skin will not accept returns without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by Giggle Baby Organic Skin Care. Items received 15 days after the RMA issue date will not be accepted.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR ALL RETURNS:

1. SEND AN EMAIL to customerservice@gigglebabyorganics.com within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include the following information to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:
   1. Your Name
   2. Phone Number
   3. Invoice Number
   4. Date of Purchase
   5. Item SKU
   6. Item Name
   7. Item Quantity
   8. Reason for Return
   9. Action being requested
   You should receive your RMA number via email within 3 business days.
2. WRAP the package securely and INCLUDE the original invoice inside the package.
3. WRITE the RMA Number on the outside of the package.
4. SHIP the package to the following address. We recommend that you use a shipping method that enables you to track your package.

5. Pending inspection and approval of your returned package, we will process the return according to the RMA that was previously submitted.
