Store Policies

Shipping information:
- All in stock merchandise will ship within 1-2 days of placing the order.
- Merchandise that is not in stock (backorders) generally will ship within 10-14 days after the order is placed.
- For items on backorder mor than 14 days, Gals on and off the Green will contact the customer via e-mail and provide an expected ship date.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping, by e-mail to info@galsonandoffthegreen.com.

Shipping (including shipping, handling and insurance) charges will be reflected on the invoice total at check out.

Return Policy:
Merchandise returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from day of delivery, providing the merchandise is unused, new, in its original packaging and with tags in tact. If a refund is requested, a credit will be provided based on the original method of payment for the value of the merchandise only, not including shipping charges.

For returns of shoe purchases, please note the actual shoe box cannot be used as the shipping box for the return, as it may be damaged during shipping. A $15 restocking fee will be charged for all returns of Walter Genuin shoes.

Gals on and off the Green suggests UPS or Fedex with appropriate insurance for merchandise returns, so that a tracking mechanism can be utilized. Gals on and off the Green is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit to our returns center.

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to process returned merchandise.
