When and how will my Gaia Online Store order ship?
Gaia Online Store orders ship from our warehouse in California.

Domestic US orders generally ship within 2-3 business days of the order date. We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for transit time. Orders will usually arrive within 4-6 business days of the date of purchase.

International orders (including Canada) generally ship within 3-5 business days of the order date. We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for transit time. International orders generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of your purchase.

There may be situations where orders will take longer to ship out; for example around the holidays. If you have any questions, please contact us at store@gaiaonline.com.

How can I track my order?
At this point, USPS does not provide tracking numbers, only confirmation numbers. However, we are working to add other carriers that do provide tracking information.

How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the Customer Service page and enter your order confirmation number.

May I select another carrier besides USPS?
We are in the process of offering other carriers, but for now we only ship USPS.

Why doesn’t my store order show up under the MyOrders page on the Gaia Online site?
Currently you can only track collectible and gift credit orders on the MyOrders page.

May I change my shipping address after the order is placed?
We will do our best to make address changes, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. Otherwise, as soon as possible, send an email to store@gaiaonline.com and be sure to include your order confirmation number, buyer name (not Gaia username!) and buyer email.

May I cancel an order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, no. Once you receive your order, you can contact us at store@gaiaonline.com and request to return your order for a refund.

May I return or exchange merchandise?
Yes. All items purchased through our online store can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. To receive your return/exchange authorization, please contact: store@gaiaonline.com and make sure to include your order confirmation number, buyer name (not Gaia username!) and buyer email.

Please note that items that have been laundered or altered in any way from their original state cannot be accepted for return. The buyer will pay for return postage unless Gaia shipped the wrong item, in which case we will refund you the original shipping cost. Please use a carrier that provides tracking/confirmation numbers, so you can be sure your returned item reaches us. And allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.

Which online payment methods may I use?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.

May I pay by check or money order?
While we prefer online payments, you may also order via mail with check or money orders. Here’s how:

Place your order online in the usual way and during checkout, select the Check/Money Order payment option. Confirm your order and soon after, mail us your payment along with a copy of your email order confirmation. We will hold your order in our system for 7 business days and wait for your payment.
