Flutterflies World offers the following Returns Policy:
Returns and exchanges will be accepted on items that are returned within 10 days. Please be sure to contact us for a return authorization BEFORE mailing off your package. Return shipping is your responsibility. If you were shipped the wrong item, let us know- we will mail you a return label so you may ship it back free, and we will ship the correct item at no charge to you.
