Shipping

All items are shipped from our store in St. Louis, Missouri. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of when they are placed, but in some instances orders may take 2 business days to ship. If you would like to make a purchase now and specify a future shipping date, please call the store at 314-727-6464.

At times, demand will deplete our supply of a particular product. If this occurs, we will ship what we have in stock and will place the missing item(s) on backorder. You will be notified by email or phone. We will ship the backordered item when it arrives and you will be charged at the time of shipping.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available for an additional fee. Shipping charges are based on the volume, weight and shipping address.

Accuracy and timeliness of delivery is dependent on the address that you provide. Shipments that you redirect and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on time. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within Missouri.

Returns

We want you to be completely pleased with our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit, refund, or exchange it for other merchandise within 60 days of your purchase date.

Wrap the product in the original packing material with your receipt and the return form and send it to the address below. Please insure the package for its full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
