All prices are marked in Canadian Dollars.
ORDERING:
Please note, ego assassin does not carry an inventory. All items featured on this web site are produced on a MADE TO ORDER basis. Turnaround time is calculated on a 4 week production cycle plus shipping time. Faster delivery may be possible, depending on the availability of resources, and is subject to a 25% service fee. To arrange a rush order, please contact ego assassin directly via email: store@ego-assassin.com
CUSTOM FITTING:
All items in ego assassin's catalogue are available to be custom fitted to your measurements. Pattern customization is subject to a $150 service fee (some exceptions apply) and includes one free round of alterations. Please contact ego assassin directly (store@ego-assassin.com) to arrange for custom fitted items.
COMMISSIONED PIECES:
ego assassin is always eager to receive commissions for custom designed, one-of-a-kind pieces. Our custom design service starts at $350 (some exceptions apply) and includes consultation, measurement taking, personal block development, pattern design, fitting and one round of alterations. Materials and labour are not included in the design fee. A deposit covering the cost of materials is required before production begins. Turnaround time is subject to available resources and will be estimated during the consultation phase. SALES TAX & CUSTOMS:
Orders shipped to customers in Canada are subject to 5% GST. Orders shipped to customers in the Province of Ontario are subject to 6% GST and 8% PST. ego assassin is not responsible for customs and/or duty charges on international orders, nor for any additional charges levied by shipping carriers.
PAYMENT:
All orders placed through this web site are processed by PayPal and subject to their terms and conditions.
SHIPPING ERRORS/DAMAGED GOODS:
In the event of a shipping error (received wrong item/colour), please notify ego assassin immediately via email (store@ego-assassin.com). The incorrectly shipped item must be returned to ego assassin in new and unused condition. The correct item will be shipped upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned item, and you will be credited for your shipping expenses. In the event of goods damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to make an insurance claim.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
ego assassin will accept the exchange of merchandise from it's clients within 30 days of the shipping date. Clients must notify ego assassin in writing, via email (store@ego-assassin.com), of their intention to exchange merchandise before returning any items. Clients are responsible for paying the difference in value when exchanging for items of greater value. Clients will receive store credit when exchanging for items of lesser value. Shipping expenses will not be credited for product exchanges. Exchanged merchandise must be in new and unused condition with tags intact, and must not have been washed or contain any traces of lube, polish or shining agents. ego assassin reserves the sole right to determine whether an item is in new and unused condition. Items that are determined not to be in new and unused condition will be returned to the client at their expense and the exchange will not be honoured. Commissioned designs and custom fitted items are not eligible for exchange.
WARRANTY:
At ego assassin, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. As such, we warranty all garments against defects in workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment. ego assassin reserves the right to determine what constitutes defective workmanship. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any garment found to be defective. The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear. Warranties will be considered null and void on garments that have been damaged due to abuse, neglect or modification by the customer. Please refer to our care instructions for proper handling and storage.
SHIPPING METHODS AND PRICES:
Standard shipping for all orders, domestic and international, is handled by Canada Post's Small Packet Air service. Average shipping times are 4-9 business days within Canada, 4-10 business days within the United States, and 6-10 businesss days internationally. Rush shipping is sent via Canada Post Xpresspost service. Average shipping times for Xpresspost are 2 business days within Canada, 3-5 business days within the United States and 4-7 business days internationally. ego assassin will contact you when your order has been shipped and provide all necessary details.
