ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

 

Jill Wadsworth

Jill is an actor, director and award-winning instructor known for her ability to tap the artistic genius in young performers. Patience and sensitivity are hallmarks of her expertise in training young actors in the Pittsburgh Public Schools, Point Park Community Classes, CLO Academy and Pittsburgh Youth Ballet. She also has taught at Carnegie-Mellon University, Point Park University and Carnegie-Mellon Pre-College. Jill has created and directed numerous programs encouraging excellence in education through the arts. She has directed more than 30 productions in popular local venues — many to critical acclaim — and performed numerous roles on stage and in feature films.

 

Jean Zarzour - AFTRA-SAG-AEA-DG-VASTA 
 
Jean Zarzour is a 25 year veteran performer, seen and heard internationally in TV, Film, Theater, Radio, Dance, Improv and Corporate Communications.  She has appeared in feature films opposite Joe Pesci, Stanley Tucci, Mercedes Ruhell, James Coburn, Rob Lowe, Clint Howard and Marc Singer.  Currently, Jean can be heard on ads for Ohio Lottery, Ruggles, Ohio.net, CEI and Smith Dairy. T.V. credits include Candid Camera & America's Funniest People.  She has appeared in 5 Off-Broadway productions, in 30 regional theaters and in Menopause The Musical from 2004-2006. Jean will appear in Christopher Columbus in a Cesears Forum production at Kennedy's in Cleveland's Playhouse Sq. Center, November 9-December 16.
 
As Owner of LIPSCHTICK, Jean has built a renowned reputation for putting the "Show" in "Business" nationwide since 1989 with customized comedy and Laugh & Learn Workshops. Organization, an artists advocacy and education resource at www.gotpay.org and most recently founded The Find Your Voice-Voice Over Institute in 2006, providing Voice Acting classes for TV, Film, Radio, Live Presentations and Voice Over Demo production at Cleveland’s top recording studios.  She has taught acting for Stage, Radio, TV, Film and Movement For Actors the greater Cleveland Area for the past 20 years and in London, England, from 1983-1985. 
 
Jean is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The Stella Adler Conservatory. She studied dance at The American Ballet Theater/Joffrey Ballet in New York City and Improv at Second City -Chicago & Cleveland. 
 

JEFF BERGMAN

In 1989, Jeff Bergman was selected to re-create many of Mel Blanc’s classic Warner Brothers characters for Steven Speilberg’s animated series, Tiny Toon Adventures, including:Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd.

Jeff’s voice is also heard in advertising as Barney Rubble for Pebbles Cereal and Charlie the Tuna for Starkist. Jeff provides voices for Cartoon Network and he is the announcer for the Boomerang Network. He is featured in the Saturday Night Live TV Fun House segment as Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble.

Jeff is the voice of Gus the Groundhog for Pennsylvania Lottery and is currently making celebrity voice guest appearances on Fox TV’s “The Family Guy.”
