Custom Rubber Corp offers the following Returns Policy:

All returns require an authorization. Call (216) 391-2928 for a Return Authorization number; no returns are processed without a RA number.

You are responsible for returned shipping charges, plus a $25.00 restocking fee. After the merchandise is received, your credit card will be credited, less the restocking fee.
