What are my payment options?
Personal checks, money orders, or credit cards and Pay-pal are accepted on-line. Orders may also be called in; be sure to have your credit card and shopping list ready.

What are your shipping procedures and costs?
We ship our jewelry through USPS Priority Mail with appropriate insurance. Books are also shipped through the USPS, taking advantage of their special book rate. If you have orders combining jewelry and books, have a large jewelry order, or the books weigh more than 7 pounds, please feel free to call to place an order to get better shipping rates. If you selected a shipping type that does not match your type of order (i.e. "books only" when you're ordering jewelry), we reserve the right to ship your order using any method.

In stock items paid for by Paypal, credit cards or money orders will be shipped within 10 business days, checks will take 14 business days to clear. You will be notified by e-mail if your item is not in stock, and when the target ship date is.

How do I place an order?
You may order our merchandise through our on-line store, by mail, or you may call Augur's Books at (607) 547-2422 or Davidson's Jewelry at (607) 547-5099.

What if an item is out of stock when I place my order?
Most of our items are in stock at all times. However, should an item be out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail as to when the target shipping date is.

What are your conditions of sale?
If, within 30 days of the sale, you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you will receive a full refund, less the cost of shipping, providing it is returned in original condition.

Who makes the jewelry that you sell?
We make a majority of the jewelry. To increase the variety of merchandise available we also offer jewelry from other carefully selected manufacturers.
