Clay's Classic Cars offers the following Returns Policy & Warranties:

Seat Covers:

TERMS, CONDITIONS & WARRANTY

Unless stated otherwise in the items specifices, our seat Upholstery sets are backed by a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects as well as defects in the materials. (NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR EXCLUDED)  Some of our seat covers offer a "Lifetime limited" warranty.  See item specifics for details.

Our seat sets are made from factory patterns and are guaranteed to fit the year and make of your car. This does not apply to seats that have been altered in any way or non original seats.Return Policy

SPECIAL ORDERS
A special order is an order for a product that is manufactured from a special material or color that does not meet our specifications as a standard inventory item. Special orders, including custom colors, cannot be returned for refund, replacement, or credit. (See Product Return Policy) Please inspect each seat cover piece prior to installation.

Non-Standard Items cannot be returned.  Any order for a seat set that is not a stock item is considered a non standard item. Any partial order for seat sets like front only or rear only is considered a non standard item. Custom embroidered items are non-returnable. Please inspect each Seat set prior to installation. Check for damage in shipping and let us know.

Please inspect each seat cover set prior to installation. Seat Covers sets cannot be returned after being installed, cut, trimmed, glued, or altered in any manner.

There will be no replacement, exchange, credit or refund for any reason not stated in our guarantee after 90 days from the date of shipment.Sometimes approved returns not covered by our guarantee are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

 PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1. ITEM DOES NOT FIT - We Will:

Replace with same item (Same year, make, model, color and material).

Issue a call tag to return product.

Pay shipping cost to replace product (Replacement will be shipped the same way as original order unless the customer pays the difference).

2. INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED -We Will:

      Replace product with original item ordered.

      Pay shipping cost to return product.

      Pay shipping cost to replace product (Replacement will be shipped the same way as original order unless the customer pays the difference).

Carpet:

TERMS, CONDITIONS & WARRANTY

SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE—All Prices, identification numbers, specifications, policies and terms are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCTION TIME—Most orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 days of payment receipt.

    Issue a refund, only after the item is recieved and inspected, and if it is a returnable item. (Custom colors and materials are non-returnable).

    Customer pays return shipping cost.

    Customer pays 20% restocking charge on the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (NO EXECEPTIONS)

    DAMAGES—If damages occur in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier.

    WARRANTY—We guarantees all of our carpet sets to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. (Normal wear from use of carpets excluded from this guarantee.) We will issue a replacement or credit for any defective carpet sets, except those damaged in shipping.

    Remember, special orders, including custom colors, cannot be returned for refund, replacement, or credit.
