(NO EXECEPTIONS) Credit issued only after receipt and inspection. DAMAGES—If damages occur in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. WARRANTY—ACC guarantees all of our carpet sets to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. (Normal wear from use of carpets excluded from this guarantee.) ACC will issue a replacement or credit for any defective carpet sets, except those damaged in shipping. *A WORD ABOUT COLORS…ACC, takes pride in the fact that they are able to match most original materials and colors for carpets and floor mats, but bear in mind that every vehicle may have several variations of the same color for each model year. Dye lots for carpet may vary + or –5%, this is common to industry standards and must be understood by manufacturers, dealers, and the customer. ACC has literally hundreds of rolls of carpeting and it may be necessary for you to send a small sample (approximately 1 square inch) to assure the closest possible match.
