Warranty Policy

1. Unless otherwise specified, Any new item sold will carry a 10 days, and any used items sold will carry a 5 days parts and labor warranty. Thereafter, buyers will use manufacturer's warranty if and when that warranty exists.

2. The 10-day or 5-day period will be counted from the day that the item is delivered to you or you pick up from us. No exceptions.

3. Buyer is responsible for bringing the item to our location either by shipping or by drop off, when claiming any kind of warranty/return privilege.

4. For AS IS items, there is absolutely no warranty or return options.

5. There will be no return/exchange on PC games.

6. For those items that carry longer than 10 days warranty, return privilege always ends on the 10th day. After the 10 day period, warranty, if exists, will only mean repair/replacement of the product at the sole discretion of BUY-SELL Electronics.
