1. We understand that our single color fans do not want MULTI MIX for freebies. We give single colors only if there is no mix bags in order until Oct 31. [Starting Nov 1, you may request to exchange with 50% amount of single color count bags BLACK, WHITE AND/OR RED ONLY (eg. 500 beads BLACK instead of 1000 MULTI MIX), if no requests, we will pack MULTI MIX only.] 2. We will give you the bead bags (again MULTI MIX only; eff. Nov 1) instead of pegboards if there's no pegboards in the order. 3. It is your job to let us know if you'd rather have 2000 beads MULTI MIX (again you may request 1000 beads in single color RED WHITE OR BLACK; eff. Nov 1) instead of an idea book if you already have all the books; otherwise, we will go ahead and give you one of the books.
