We offer the following Returns Policy:
Please let us know within 14 days from the purchase date if you're returning the items.


Free Beads offer [buy 10 bags get 1 free Single Colors] will be our random choice from RED, WHITE, and/or BLACK only.
Free Beads offer [buy 5000 Mix get 1000 Mix] will be our random choice of mix bags only.
Free Beads offer for over all transaction will be our random choice from Mix colored bags, and/or RED, WHITE, and/or BLACK only. Please let us know if you'd rather have 1500 beads MIX or single color bags of our random choice, instead of an idea book if you already have all the books; otherwise, we will go ahead and give you one of the books.

$10.01 - $15 order >> 500 free beads;
$15.01 - $20 order >> 500 free beads + a geometric pegboard (800 beads instead, if there's no pegboard in order);
$20.01 - $30 order >> 1000 free beads + a non geometric pegboard (1500 beads instead, if no pegboard in order);
$30.01 - $40 order >> 1500 free beads + both geo & non-geo pegboards (2500 beads if no pegboard in order);
$40.01 - $50 order >> 1500 free beads + free Mega Idea Book

Over $50 transaction: an idea book, 1500 beads both geo & non-geo pegboards (2500 beads & an idea book if no pegboard in order),
+ 500 more beads in every increment of $10.
eg. If you spend $70, the free items will be an idea book, 2 pegboards and 2500 beads. (idea book + 3500 beads if no pegboard in order)
We'll pick the free items, please, since it's too much work for us to spend time on email for free items, but we won't choose a duplicate item if it’s possible.
