Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Only Paypal, Cashier Check, Personal Check & Money Order accepted.
Don't have paypal account?  Not a problem.  Use paypal method on check out page.  You can use major credit cards on paypal page, w/o opening an account at Paypal.
If you'd preferred sending payment in the mail, please email us for our mailing address.

Q: What are your shipping cost?
A: Shipping charge is fixed at $8.95 (you don't pay more than $8.95 on shipping in the same transaction). Shipping is free on the order of $60 or more.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to the US addresses only. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED.

Q: Are Perler Beads made in USA?
A: We only carry Perler Brand and they are all made in USA, unless it is noted something else in the descriptions.

Q: Why is the shipping rate goes up then down? Is that typo?
A: Not a typo. We pay part of your shipping cost on the bigger order.
