TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. This certificate entitles the recipient to two night of hotel lodging at one of the locations described above.
To be eligible for this offer, you must be 21 year of age or older. A husband and wife or cohabitants must travel together to use this certificate. A major credit card will be required at checkin (no debit cards) to cover the cost of incidental charges and room tax. Must travel within one year from the activation date.
2. A refundable $50.00 reservation deposit to the hotel will be required. Some hotels issues the refundable deposit while you are on vacation. If you do not receive it while on vacation you can request a refund of your deposit by mailing copies of your reservation letter and hotel check out statement to the fullfilment center address given on the certificate. Selected dates must be 45 days prior to checkin at the time of registration. When reservations are confirmed you will receive written confirmation. This vacation offer provides accommodations for up to two adults & two children under the age of 18 ($10 surcharge per child).
3. Once the certificate is shipped, blueNdash is not responsible for any problem with your vacation plan. All concerned should be directly contacted to the help desk at the fulfillment center. Our family has used the free vacation nights and we are fully satisfied with customer service help.
4. Three separate vacation choices are required due to changing availability. This offer is valid for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, taxes, meals or any incidental charges. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used consecutively or within the same year. This offer cannot be used in conjunction of any other offer. This offer is not valid for group travel or for attending a convention. Destinations must be at least 100 miles from your current residence. Booking forms may be transferred to a third party only prior to booking.
5. Certain peak time/location maybe extremely limited. Myrtle Beach, Maine Coast, Massachusetts Lakes & Atlantic City accommodateions have limited availibility during June, July, and August.
6. This certificate can not be sold. It may be transferred to a third party (prior to booking) as a gift offer only, providing the recipient meets the terms and conditions of this certificate.
