Store Policies

It is our policy to ensure every order be fill as soon as possible. Most products carry a manufacturers warrnty for 60 days,90 days, 1 yr. or 3yrs. Due to the fact that some our suppliers are closed on weekends, if you order during that time, you will recieve a confirmation of your order on the following Monday (except holidays) your order will be processed.You will recieve by email a tracking number for your order once your order have been processed.

There is a 7 day money back on some items. On most items there is a replacement or full refund minus shipping cost for defective and damaged products due to delivery. If your item is delivered damaged, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately. You can choose to either ask for a refund or replacement at that time. As stated there is some type of warranty for almost all products.

On tires and wheels: when you make a purchase for rims and not tires, they will be shipped to you in their original packaging. If you decide to order wheels with tires mounted they will be shipped to you on a pallet. Their is a extra $50.00 residential delivery from the frieght company to deliver wheels or wheel and tires combinations to a residential address. We at B and J Auto Customs have decided not to include this price into your order. There is no additional charge for commercial delivery other than shipping charge.
