Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Why do I have to register to purchase an online account? A: Customers are required to register for online accounts so that we may add them to our database and email their account information to them. Aries Institute of Technology, Inc. does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Q: What does it cost to register and how long does my registration last? A: Registration is completely free. Your account last until you delete it.
Q: How do I delete my account? A: If you would like to delete your account, please email at marketing@aries.net with the words "delete account" in the subject bar.
Q: How do I view the PDF files? A: PDF files can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it here.
