Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any item not meeting your expectations can be returned after notifying Antonino Flavio POWERSPORTS Plus, and approval is sent.
Returns accepted no later than 7 business days after receipt of approval. Original opened package resealed is OK. All content in original condition must be included. Customer pays for return shipping. Returns not accepted for: Electronic or electrical item labeled as tested or previously viewed DVD's.
Full refund (including shipping cost) will be issued upon receipt of item in its original condition.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Combined items: Calculated shipping weight is reduced by 4 ozs (estimated weight of package) for each additional item. Some items qualify for free shipping for an order of $20.00 or more.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed next day (for Priority shipping methods) or within 5 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Calculated shipping by location is applied. Handling charge to cover packaging materials cost may vary per item, but is embedded in your shipping quote.
