This matched doorset was made by F.C. Linde around 1885. A very popular pattern then, it still resonates today with its fourfold raised floral motif and shingled backgrounds. Included are the mortise lock with key, two knobs, two doorplates with rod and screws, and catch for your jamb. The brass doorknobs and doorplates have a little surface spottiness, and the lock's brass faceplate has a very slight bend which not affect its use.
Doorknobs measure 2 1/4" diameter. Doorplates are 1 5/8" wide by 5 1/4" long. Faceplate of lock is 7/8" by 5 1/4"; box is 3 1/4" deep and 3 1/2" tall. Catch is 1" by 3 1/2".
