As per USDA regulations, we cannot accept any physical returns of food (coffee beans). We will, however, correct any mistakes made on OUR part, by refunding the cost of the beans. Shipping costs are refundable, depending on how the order was comprised. Please READ THOROUGHLY the descriptions of anything you intend to purchase and ask questions BEFORE you purchase by e-mailing us at coffeefolks@gmail.com
We certify that all coffees sold under our name are authentic and genuine as labeled.
