Brazil Bourbon Mogiana 17/18
The Fazenda Cachoeira produces this bean in the mountainous region called Mogiana located between San Paolo and Minas Gerais. Of a total of 417 hectares of land, 165 are dedicated to coffee production. Everything from the harvesting to production is still done manually. Thanks to a high altitude (from 1100- 1250 meters) frequent rains and a constant temperature of about 19°C these beans are privy to ideal coffee growing conditions. This fazenda cultivates the “Bourbon” variety which is famous for its exceptional aromatic qualities. The harvest is processed with the “pulped natural” procedure which separates the bean from the fruit without use of any mechanization. Natural processing adds sweet chocolate and dark caramel flavor tones, along with smooth body, to this selection from the world's largest coffee producing nation. Enjoy the aroma of this full body coffee. This coffee comes from the Bourbon variety of coffee tree, known for its rich flavor, mild acidity and sweet finish. Excellent at any occasion.
