Unless we specifically note it in  the description, all  of  the items we offer for sale are new, first-quality and in the  manufacturer's packaging.  Everything that comes with item normally is supplied including any tags, instructions or hardware.

We sell items from a variety suppliers, including the manufacturers of the major brands we handle.  We sell Boats, Snowmobiles and ATV's.  All  of the parts  for these are the  original  equipment manufacturer's  (OEM) parts - not aftermarket - unless noted otherwise.

When we sell a used  item, it will be stated as such - along with  complete  details about condition, flaws, needed repairs, etc.

We sometimes sell new parts that have been our inventory for more than two years.  If you see a notation of NOS, you should know that  this means New, Old Stock.  These are  brand new items that may have slightly different packaging than current parts, but are identical in application and use to the newest version of the part.

If you  see NLA noted with a product,  it means that this particular part  is  No Longer Available from  the original manufacturer.  We usually point this  out  for hard-to-find items that we offer for sale.

Describing Sale Items
When we list an item, we try to give you a description that is as complete as practicable.  We normally use the information supplied by the manufacturer to include product features, sizing information and  other  applicable items.

In the case of parts and accessories for boats, snowmobiles and ATV's we use the information from the manufacturer's official documents  to list model and year applicability.  We usually provide you with a link so you can investigate  further on your own.

While we try to be diligent about answering  your questions, please consider the general rule:

  • If your model  and year is listed, there is a near 100% probability that this item will fit your application.

  • If your model and  year is not listed, the item might have proper fit and function - but this can't be determined in advance.  We can  only refer to what information is  available.  If you ask us, we usually will not be able to  answer.

Photography Or Graphics
While we  occasionally will use a stock photo, we generally take original pictures of all items.  We will also use graphics from the manufacturer's parts listings so you can verify the correct part selection.

Using The Search Window
This is the simplest, most direct, method of locating the item you need.  Make sure you're at the home page for our store, click the "in titles and descriptions" box and type the search keyword  in  the window.  If the search returns too many narrow by being more specific.  For example, searching for "ignition" might give you over 100 items.  Making the search for "ignition module" may give 20 or so listings.  "Mercury ignition  module" brings this down to 10 or so

Looking for a particular part number?  You  can type in a valid number for Polaris, Arctic Cat, Evinrude, Yamaha or any of  our other manufacturers and go  directly to that listing.

Browsing With Category Lists

If you look at the menu bar to the left, you'll see that we've broken our listings down into general categories of ATV:, Marine:, PWC: & Snowmobile:  If you click on Marine: OEM Parts, then Johnson/Evinrude/OMC, you'll see a third level breakdown for Body, Controls, Electrical, Fuel and so on.

We try to make it easy for you to  find what you need.

Payment Information

  • Payment in full is required within 48 hours from the end of the sale. 

  • Payment by major credit card or Paypal.   While you can call us for direct credit card charges, it  is just as convenient for you to use your credit card through Paypal - You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card.

  • 6% Michigan Sales Tax applies to all  shipments within the  State and all items picked up at  our store.

Shipping Information

  • We normally ship  within 24 hours of receiving your Paypal or Credit Card payment.

  • Paid orders received by 11:00 am EST/EDT will usually ship the same day.

  • Friday orders after 11:00 am EST/EDT will  normally ship on Monday.  We will occasionally do some shipping on Saturday.

  • Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping charges.

  • We will use either UPS or FedX at our discretion.

  • For USPS shipments,  we  will use Priority  Mail  for domestic and either Global Priority (when applicable - size/weight restrictions apply), Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express Mail for international shipments.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Our general policy is that all sales are final and that no returns or exchanges are allowed.  We adhere to this in most cases, but there are occasional exceptions.

  • If we make a  mistake and ship you the wrong  item, we will allow its return and pay for return shipping.  We will then correct the error and ship  the correct item.

  • If a mistake was made by the manufacturer and the item was mismarked or include  in  an incorrect OEM package, we will also process an exchange.

  • If  an item has required parts that are missing (not including standard hardware items) we will ship the missing items  upon email notification.
