PASSWORD RECOMMENDATIONS
Construct strong passwords by using:
1. at least six characters with alphanumeric characters and include punctuation.
2. a mix of upper and lower case letters throughout the password.
Some strong passwords examples:
1. Use the first letter of each word from a line in a book, song, or poem. "Who ya gonna call? Ghost Busters!" could produce: Wygc?GB!
2. Two short words connected by punctuation: t1me#0FF.
3. Create an imaginary vanity license plate: 1H8work!
The common theme of these suggestions is that the password should be easy to remember.
Avoid passwords that:
1. must be written down to be remembered. If hard to recall, someone may find the password you have written down, and compromise your identity.
2. use dates e.g. September, SEPT1999, or any combinations thereof.
3. are keyboard sequences, e.g. qwerty.
