EMAIL RECOMMENDATIONS

We understand that many of you are irritated and tired of spam or unsolicited emails and use fake or free email services when making online purchases to avoid spam. We respect your privacy and do not share any information to a third party, read our privacy policy for details.

As an all-volunteer organization, we depend entirely on our automated systems to manage the nonprofit especially to communicate. We strongly recommend that you use a private email address (that you use regularly and have free access to) provided by your home or office ISP e.g. myname@comcast.net (home) or Volunteer@kwaze-kwasa.com (office).

Please avoid using:

· Fake email address when registering or changing your account details. You will be able to sign in and out of your account but we will not be able to communicate with you.

· Public or free email addresses e.g. Yahoo.com, Hotmail.com, etc. will work. However, as public access services they are filtered for spam and junk. With a dotcom suffix, filter settings may interpret our emails as originating from a spammer and consequently send them to junk email or block them.
